God blessed us by bringing her into the world during the siege, under harsh conditions. Her birth was difficult; there was no shelter, no clothes in the market, no milk, and she was born amidst famine and lacked all the basic necessities of life. A week after her birth, Rehana was displaced from Khan Younis, still under siege. She grew up without a decent life and without a father to support us. Now Rehana is two and a half years old.
